<br />Eduardo Suarez has been surveying in South Florida for the
<br />last 28 years. Beginning in 1985 to 2001 he worked for
<br />Manuel G. Vera and Associates and Miami -Dade County.
<br />Licensed in 2001 he established his own firm. CR-er the last
<br />12 years his firm has surveyed as a Prime or sub - consultant
<br />for the following entities: Pillage of Pinecrest, Florida
<br />Department of Transportation, \Gami -Dade County, City of
<br />Dfiami, Cir of Dfiami Beach, City of Coral Gables, Village of
<br />Key Biscayne, Village of Palmetto Bap, Town of Cuder Bav,
<br />City of Homestead, City of Doral, Miami Shores, North
<br />Miami, North Miami Beach and F1 Portal. Mr. Suarez brings
<br />a varied skill set along with experience that allows him to
<br />provide excellent project management.

<br />Lummus Corridor Roadway and Drainage
<br />Improvements A &P Consulting Transportation
<br />Engineers (APCTE} Longitude performed and prepared
<br />3 miles of Topographic Survey in the City of Miami
<br />Beach from right of way to right of way for design and
<br />future construction. Longitude provided all above
<br />ground improvements, cross section elevations and
<br />utility information from right -of -way to right -of -way
<br />within the survey limits.
<br />City of Miami Beach Capital Improvements Project
<br />Neighborhood No. 7 Nautilus: (9 miles) of Topographic
<br />Survey established vertical and horizontal control for
<br />the entire corridor. All above ground improvements
<br />were collected within the survey limits, cross sections
<br />were taken at 50400t intervals, a digital terrain model
<br />(DTM) was created /utility information was provided, a
<br />Tree Survey, Right of way lines and centerlines were
<br />field verified and shown graphically.

<br />Swain, & Associates, Inc. - Longitude Performed and
<br />Prepared a Topographic Survey Showed all
<br />improvements from Right-of-Way to Right-of-Way,
<br />established Horizontal and Vertical Control for future
<br />construction, cross sections (spot elevations), all utility
<br />information provided, tree descriptions.
<br />Gilbert Samson Oceanfront Park -Sunny Isles (Samson

<br />176`" Street, Palmetto Bay, FU Longitude Performed
<br />and Prepared an As -Built Survey, in addition to a
<br />Topographic Survey with Elevations for entire campus
<br />of Palmer Trinity School and East along SW 184`h Street
<br />and the Intersection of 82nd Avenue for a % mile. All
<br />improvements were shown, located buildings, parking
