Communication <br />RJ Behar recognizes the importance of communicating during the course of the project. As such, regular in- <br />house meetings will be held to ensure coordination and quality control. We will provide the City with minutes <br />of meetings within one week after the meeting is <br />held. These will include minutes of meetings <br />with all entities involved. <br />e. Cost Control (within budget) <br />RJ Behar utilizes spreadsheets and the <br />sophisticated Advantage from DELTEK <br />computer software to keep track of the project <br />budgets. Regardless of the budget constraints <br />of any project, RJ Behar has the commitment of <br />completing every contracted project to the <br />satisfaction of the client. RJ Behar utilizes <br />management spreadsheets for control of each <br />project, which are discussed in our weekly meetings.
