RJ <br />Behar also provided construction management and inspection services <br />during the construction phase. <br />The drainage design consisted of evaluation and identification of the food <br />prone areas, field reviews, data collection, coordinated with the <br />design, geotechnical subconsuliant, hydrologiclhydraulic modeling and plans <br />and peer preparation of the drainage improvements.
