As oversight to FDOT, RJ Behar <br />(OCEI) personnel ensures that the Local Agency is in full compliance <br />with construction contract documents, project administration, ARRA <br />Federal Requirements, and FHWA 1273 regulations including Equal <br />Employment Opportunity (EEO), Affirmative Action (AA), Disadvantage <br />Business Enterprises (DBE), and On- The -Job (OJT) Training.
