The scope included collecting turning movement <br />counts covering 6:45 to 8 :45 am and 1:15 to 3:15 pm periods <br />during a typical weekday. Bus counts were separated from <br />vehicle counts. <br />The following locations were counted: <br />1. NE 151" Street and West High School Driveway <br />2.
