11J <br />5�� Information <br />/r�� .ToBuild0n <br />Ens+mer+ne • ins • Te.sng <br />REPRESENTATIVE PROJECTS <br />Bernstein Park — Proposed Soccer Field, Stock Island, Key West, Florida. <br />The project included the construction of a soccer field and associated stormwater management <br />systems at the Bernstein Park. The conversion to soccer field involved re- grading an approximate <br />112,000 square foot area of the site by elevating its current site grades by one foot. <br />Role: Geotechnical Engineering Services <br />Dates: April 2011 to September 2012 <br />Client: Ms. Ann M. Riger, Monroe County Engineering/Project Development/Wastewater <br />Proposed N.W. 114th Avenue Park, Dora], Florida. <br />The overall project as we understand will consist of the following new components: Playfields <br />consisting of soccer fields, a baseball field, tennis courts, and basketball courts. A two -story <br />recreational center and a pedestrian bridge across N.W. 114th Avenue that will connect the <br />recreational center to the playfields situated east of N.W. 114th Avenue. Miscellaneous <br />structures consisting of restroom facilities, storage areas, band shell and shelter structures at <br />various locations within the property. Paved parking/drive areas within the northern perimeter of <br />the property and drainage systems consisting of exfiltration trenches and retention ponds. <br />Role: Geotechnical Engineering Services <br />Dates: June 2014 to on -going <br />Client: Mr. Jorge Gomez, P.E., Chief of Engineering, City of Doral <br />® Danny Meehan Park Improvements, Medley, Florida. <br />The project will involve the construction of a bathroom facility, new paved parking area, dry <br />retention area, basketball court and soccer field as part of the park improvements. In addition, the <br />improvements will include a stormwater management system(s). <br />Role: Geotechnical Engineering Services <br />Dates: June 2014 to on -going <br />Client: Mr. John Wilt, P.E., Senior Engineer III, ATKINS <br />C <br />Cleveland Clinic Neurology Institute and Cancer Center, Weston, Florida. <br />The first phase in a larger development plan, the Cleveland Clinic Neurology Institute and <br />Cancer Center project is a 155,900 square foot outpatient clinic facility that includes a cancer <br />center with linear accelerators, a neurology center, and conference areas. The project also <br />includes sitework that consists of removing a parking lot from the footprint of the building and <br />the improvement of two parking lots to serve the Center. PSI is providing subsurface exploration <br />and geotechnical engineering directly to Cleveland Clinic. <br />Role: Geotechnical Engineering Services <br />Dates: December 2012 to on -going <br />Client: Mr. Michael Chesser, P.E., Cleveland Clinic <br />RFQ No. 14 -07 -02 1 Page 12.63 <br />
