His expertise includes project scheduling and administration. He has served <br />as design engineer, drainage engineer and permit coordinator as well as project manager. At RJ Behar, Mr. Rodriguez is <br />the Director of Civil Engineering and oversees all aspects of design and construction document preparation. He has more <br />than 25 years of experience. <br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br />Town of Davie In -House Staff Support — Town of Davie, Florida <br />Project Manager — This assignment involves serving as the Town of Davie Engineering Department Staff. Duties include <br />reviews and comments for development projects Development Review Committee (DRC), attending DRC meetings, <br />providing review of construction permit applications, providing site inspections and assisting the Town Engineer on <br />technical matters. Additionally, Mr. Rodriguez serves as acting Town Engineer during the Town Engineer's vacations and /or <br />absences. <br />Town Engineer — Town of Southwest Ranches, Florida <br />As Town Engineer, his responsibilities included review of all building permits, fill permits, developing cost estimates for the <br />Town's capital improvement budget and representing the Town on all engineering matters. <br />Equestrian Park Improvements — Town of Southwest Ranches, Florida <br />Project Manager — He developed the construction documents for improvements to the Town's Equestrian Park. <br />1-75/Griffin Road Interchange Study — Town of Southwest Ranches, Florida <br />Engineer — He developed the geometric concepts for the 1 -75 /Griffin Road interchange. <br />Horse Trails — Town of Southwest Ranches, Florida <br />Project Manager — He developed the master plan and construction drawings for the Town's Horse Trails. <br />Miracle Mile Median and Signal Improvements — City of Coral Gables, Florida <br />Project Manager — The scope included the design and coordination of converting Miracle Mile from a 6 -lane undivided to a <br />4-lane divided section. The project included exclusive left turn lanes, sidewalk improvements and replacement of all signals. <br />Welleby Park Expansion — City of Sunrise, Florida <br />Project Manager in charge of the coordination with the City of Sunrise for the location and design of the concrete pads for <br />the'LifeTrail' ADA accessible wellnesslexercise stations. <br />SR -7 /Sunrise Boulevard Construction Inspection — City of Lauderhill, Florida <br />Project Manager — The scope included the Construction Engineering Inspection Services for this intersection improvement <br />project in the City of Lauderhill. This project involved the widening and reconstruction of this major urban arterial intersection <br />and was accomplished through an agreement between the FOOT and the City. It included extensive utility coordination, <br />resulting from the widening of SR -7. The project was under FDOT oversight as SR -7 is a state road. The project also <br />involved drainage improvements, signalization and lighting. The project required a complex Maintenance of Traffic plan <br />including periodic lane closures. <br />Sistrunk Boulevard (from Federal Highway to 270, Avenue) — City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida <br />Project Manager — The scope of this project involved streetscape, traffic calming and extensive public involvement, and <br />water line replacement for the City of Fort Lauderdale C.R.A. <br />NW 7019th Avenue Connector, Project Development and Environment (PDBE) Study — City of Fort Lauderdale, <br />Florida <br />11 R.J.Behar <br />RFQ No. 14-07-021 Page 13.2 <br />
