He conducted <br />field reviews, and data collection tasks. The scope included conceptual systems designs, and planning. <br />Miramar Canal System Evaluation — City of Miramar, Florida <br />Project Manager for the site evaluations to determine the existing conditions of the canal system. He managed the <br />evaluation of the drainage basins, siltation and deterioration of seawalls. Mr. Vazquez reviewed the AdICPR basin <br />evaluation model. <br />North County Neighborhood Improvement Project — Broward County Water and Wastewater Services, Florida <br />Reviewer/Environmental Engineer. Provided peer review of Reclaimed Water Master Plan, water and sewer plans, and <br />roadway /sidewalks <br />C- 121013 Canals Interconnect — Broward County Water and Wastewater Services, Florida <br />Project Manager and engineer of record for design of a canal culvert connection, gated control structures and permitting. <br />Project Manager for the neighborhood improvements and designed a stormwater pump station. <br />FDOT Exfiltration Design Manual — Florida Department of Transportation, Central Office <br />Team member responsible for the preparation of a Drainage Design Manual on exfiltration systems, in particular, the <br />chapter on stormwater injection wells. <br />District Engineers Permit Reviews — Central Broward Water Control District (CBWCD) <br />Technical Expert. He provided hydrologic - hydraulic expertise and reviewed technical issues regarding projects. He <br />provided hydraulic design of a large culvert canal crossing. <br />Area West of US 1 Drainage Study — City of Hallandale Beach, Florida <br />Drainage Engineer. He prepared a master drainage study to analyze existing conditions and develop alternatives to <br />resolve and mitigate flooding problems. <br />NE 32"d1331d Avenue and NE 171' Avenue — City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida <br />Drainage Engineer. He was responsible for the development of improvements to the drainage system, and in charge of <br />reviewing reports and calculations. <br />SW 2"d Avenue — City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida <br />Drainage Engineer. He performed a review of the existing drainage system and proposed altematives for improvements. A <br />report of the findings was completed and discussed with the City's staff. <br />Ansin Boulevard, Drainage Improvements — City of Hallandale Beach, Florida <br />Project Manager. He was in charge of the design for roadway and drainage improvements in the industrial area of Ansin <br />Boulevard. <br />NW 87d' Avenue (SR- 9731Galloway Road) Miami -Dade County, Florida — FDOT, District 6 <br />Engineer of Record for drainage and preparation of the NW 8711 Ave. Bridge Hydraulic Report. Project length: 1.90 miles <br />Canal C -11S Crossing at Flamingo Road, Broward County, Florida —ABO Farms, Inc. <br />Drainage Engineer. He conducted a hydraulic study and evaluation of alternatives that included a Conspan bridge <br />crossing. He prepared plans, and coordinated permitting for the new crossing of canal C -11S for a private developer. A <br />25' x 16' super span corrugated metal culvert was selected. <br />Battersea and Douglas Road Drainage Improvements — City of Miami, Florida <br />Task Manager. He supervised the design of drainage improvements to alleviate a flooding problem at the intersection of <br />two city streets. <br />North Andrews Gardens Neighborhood Improvement Project, Broward County Office of Environmental Services <br />Drainage Engineer. He performed drainage calculations for the FDOT drainage connection permit. <br />Andrews Avenue, Broward County, Florida — FDOT, District 4 (Keith & Schnars, PA) <br />Engineer of record for the preparation of pond siting report and design of stormwater management system. He performed <br />quality control of the design plan, drainage report and permitting packages. The project also included nutrient analysis for <br />removal of phosphorous and nitrogen loads. <br />Miami River Greenways, Segment D — City of Miami, Florida <br />® Engineer of Record for the design of the system of French drains and injection wells, to handle runoff.
