Wilde Park — City of Hialeah, Florida ® Drainage Engineer for a park beautification project which included parking lots, paving, grading and drainage plans Stormwater Design Review for T-4 Apron Replacement — Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport Drainage Engineer: He provided reviews of drainage reports and evaluations. Stormwater Master Plan — Evansville Indiana Airport Drainage Engineer: Prepared the scope of work for the Airport's stormwater master plan to evaluate future airport expansion projects, and set up a work plan for the preparation of the stormwater management master plan. He conducted field reviews, and data collection tasks. The scope included conceptual systems designs, and planning. Miramar Canal System Evaluation — City of Miramar, Florida Project Manager for the site evaluations to determine the existing conditions of the canal system. He managed the evaluation of the drainage basins, siltation and deterioration of seawalls. Mr. Vazquez reviewed the AdICPR basin evaluation model. North County Neighborhood Improvement Project — Broward County Water and Wastewater Services, Florida Reviewer/Environmental Engineer. Provided peer review of Reclaimed Water Master Plan, water and sewer plans, and roadway /sidewalks C- 121013 Canals Interconnect — Broward County Water and Wastewater Services, Florida Project Manager and engineer of record for design of a canal culvert connection, gated control structures and permitting. Project Manager for the neighborhood improvements and designed a stormwater pump station. FDOT Exfiltration Design Manual — Florida Department of Transportation, Central Office Team member responsible for the preparation of a Drainage Design Manual on exfiltration systems, in particular, the chapter on stormwater injection wells. District Engineers Permit Reviews — Central Broward Water Control District (CBWCD) Technical Expert. He provided hydrologic - hydraulic expertise and reviewed technical issues regarding projects. He provided hydraulic design of a large culvert canal crossing. Area West of US 1 Drainage Study — City of Hallandale Beach, Florida Drainage Engineer. He prepared a master drainage study to analyze existing conditions and develop alternatives to resolve and mitigate flooding problems. NE 32"d1331d Avenue and NE 171' Avenue — City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida Drainage Engineer. He was responsible for the development of improvements to the drainage system, and in charge of reviewing reports and calculations. SW 2"d Avenue — City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida Drainage Engineer. He performed a review of the existing drainage system and proposed altematives for improvements. A report of the findings was completed and discussed with the City's staff. Ansin Boulevard, Drainage Improvements — City of Hallandale Beach, Florida Project Manager. He was in charge of the design for roadway and drainage improvements in the industrial area of Ansin Boulevard. NW 87d' Avenue (SR- 9731Galloway Road) Miami -Dade County, Florida — FDOT, District 6 Engineer of Record for drainage and preparation of the NW 8711 Ave. Bridge Hydraulic Report. Project length: 1.90 miles Canal C -11S Crossing at Flamingo Road, Broward County, Florida —ABO Farms, Inc. Drainage Engineer. He conducted a hydraulic study and evaluation of alternatives that included a Conspan bridge crossing. He prepared plans, and coordinated permitting for the new crossing of canal C -11S for a private developer. A 25' x 16' super span corrugated metal culvert was selected. Battersea and Douglas Road Drainage Improvements — City of Miami, Florida Task Manager. He supervised the design of drainage improvements to alleviate a flooding problem at the intersection of two city streets. North Andrews Gardens Neighborhood Improvement Project, Broward County Office of Environmental Services Drainage Engineer. He performed drainage calculations for the FDOT drainage connection permit. Andrews Avenue, Broward County, Florida — FDOT, District 4 (Keith & Schnars, PA) Engineer of record for the preparation of pond siting report and design of stormwater management system. He performed quality control of the design plan, drainage report and permitting packages. The project also included nutrient analysis for removal of phosphorous and nitrogen loads. Miami River Greenways, Segment D — City of Miami, Florida ® Engineer of Record for the design of the system of French drains and injection wells, to handle runoff.
