Florida License No. 42653, 1990 <br />ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE <br />Mr. Mazorra has been the Project Engineer/Manager for the preparation of numerous, very successful highway <br />construction plans, which included the design of horizontal and vertical geometry with GEOPAK software. He has <br />performed drafting plans, profiles, cross sections, traffic controls and various ancillary roadway plan sheets using <br />MicroStation software. Mr. Mazorra has designed roadway signal plans in collaboration with traffic engineering and <br />structural engineering personnel. He has 11 years of experience as an FDOT employee and knows the policies and needs <br />of the FDOT; from both a technical and managerial perspective, and can thereby assure the success of any project. At RJ <br />Behar, Mr. Mazorra is responsible for the design, project management and quality control for the Company's Highway <br />Group. He was responsible for the roadway, signal, pavement and marking <br />plans for this project. <br />Project Scope and Long Range Estimate Development, Florida Department of Transportation <br />He developed basic scopes and long range estimates for several projects. <br />Design/Build 1.75 at Miramar Parkway, Signal Plans, Broward County, Florida — FDOT District 4 <br />Engineer of Record for the signal plans. <br />SR- 820 /Pines/Holtywood Boulevard from East of 641" Way to West of SR -1, Broward County, FL — FDOT, District 4 <br />Project Manager — Responsible for the design and production of roadway, signing and pavement marking and signalization <br />plans.
