He has worked on a 10 story commercial office building, applying for gold LEED certification, oversaw the completion of the project within budget and without scheduling constraints and coordinated the activities of the construction team, architects, engineers and vendors. He has assisted in scheduling and obtaining bids for numerous construction projects, obtained permits and legal documents for various developments. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE SR- 710/Beeline Highway Passing Lane Improvements from Okeechobee County Line to Allapattah Road, Marlin County, FL - Florida Department of Transportation District 4 Project Engineer responsible for preparing the concept plans, provided preliminary quantities, and cost estimates. He also reviewed the Design/Build team's proposals and attended ATC meetings. SR -A1A Bridge /Carlin Park Rehabilitation/Replacement, Palm Beach County, FL - Palm Beach County Department of Engineering & Public Works Division of Roadway Production Project Engineer responsible for roadway, signing and marking, drainage plans and permitting for the project. RJ Behar developed the design for the new bridge replacement with a new bridge similar to the existing bridge (span = 15) with similar substructure consisting of piles and sheeting. The design will include design of wing walls for each quadrant, preferably adjacent to the back of sidewalk in order to reduce construction impacts within the sensitive coastal environment. The roadway design will include the necessary approach modification to the new bridge. Kirk Road Bridge over LWWD L -9 Canal, Palm Beach County, FL - Palm Beach County Department of Engineering & Public Works Division of Roadway Production Project Engineer responsible for roadway, signing and marking, drainage plans and permitting for the project. The project will include replacement of the existing bridge with the installation of 80' of a 12' x 4.5' box culvert and canal revetment at both ends. The proposed drainage will continue to use the existing outfall's pipe sizes. SR-973/Galloway Road/NW 871, Avenue, Miami -Dade County, Florida — FDOT District 6 Project Engineer — He updated the NW 871, Avenue Bridge Hydraulic Report using the HEC -RAS model. The update consisted of updating the bridge geometry in the hydraulics model, the scour calculations and the final report. Northlake Boulevard Water and Sewer - City of West Palm Beach Palm Beach County Department of Engineering & Public Works Division of Roadway Production Project Engineer responsible for preparing the water and sewer plans for the City of West Palm Beach. As part of the project, RJ Behar designed the relocation of 1,310 feet of 20 inch water main and 1,299 feet of 16 inch force main. The new water main and force main will be relocated on the new bridge. RJ Behar prepared all the details and structural design to accommodate the new utilities on the bridge Hatton Highway Bridge over PDD Main Canal - Palm Beach County, Florida Palm Beach County Department of Engineering & Public Works Division of Roadway Production Roadway Engineer — He is responsible for preparing the roadway improvement plans, drainage design plans, and permitting. The bridge cross section is anticipated to include two 12' lanes with 8' shoulders, concrete barriers and no provision for sidewalks. Wing Walls and slope protection will be designed to accommodate the new bridge, highway alignment and typical section.
