STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS <br />1 Al Caruso, E.I., Project Manager, is responsible for the design of various components of land <br />development engineering projects including design, calculations, cost estimates and certifications, <br />feasibility studies and Phase I environmental site assessments. <br />1 SURVEYING <br />Robert D. Keener, P.S.M., Vice President of Surveying, has been licensed in the State of Florida for <br />18 years and with over 29 years of surveying experience such as utility and stormwater master <br />planning. As Vice President of the CAS Survey Division, Mr. Keener heads a qualified survey staff that <br />includes both CADD and field personnel. His staff is proficient with the latest survey technology <br />available to the industry including AutoCAD 2009. Mr. Keener was also responsible for creating Route <br />Surveys used for engineering design for many municipalities including the Town of Pembroke Park, City <br />of Oakland Park, City of South Bay, City of Pahokee and the City of Okeechobee. <br />Sandro Elvir, Survey Coordination Manager, has over 5 years experience and is responsible for <br />supervising survey field crews for the preparation of field traverses, control surveys, boundary surveys, <br />right -of -way surveys, right -of -way maps, earthworks computations, as -built surveys and construction <br />surveying. <br />CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT <br />Tony Gomes is a Senior Field Inspector. Mr. Gomes provides assistance to the Project Engineer for the <br />inspection of work accomplished and materials furnished by the contractor with specialized expertise in <br />roadway and bridge construction technology. <br />David Hansen is a Senior Field Inspector. Mr. Hansen provides assistance to the Project Engineer for <br />the inspection of work accomplished and materials furnished by the contractor with specialized expertise <br />in roadway and bridge construction technology. <br />William Tanto is a Senior Field Inspector. Mr. Tanto provides assistance to the Project Engineer for <br />the inspection of work accomplished and materials furnished by the contractor with specialized expertise <br />in roadway and bridge construction technology. <br />UTILITY LOCATING <br />James Driscoll is our Director of Subsurface Utility Locates. Mr. Jeffries experience has over 25 years <br />of experience in engineering, survey and utility locates. Mr. Driscoll coordinates the utility locate crews <br />that perform horizontal locates as well as vertical utility locating using both vacuum pothole digging and <br />ground penetrating radar (radar tomography). <br />CAD DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT <br />Kerry J. Loggins is our CADD Manager. Mr. Loggins manages the drafting and design department. <br />Responsibilities include creation and implementation of company CADD standards.
