Schriner, P.E. <br />President <br />Mr. Schriner has over 35 years of experience in the <br />Civil Engineering and Utility Engineering fields. He <br />has Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree <br />and attended graduate school specializing in water <br />and sewer treatment and solid waste disposal. <br />Mr. Schriner has worked in the consulting engineering business since 1976 and <br />has been working with CAS since 1980. Mr. Schriner is responsible for the <br />overall management and business development for CAS. He is also responsible <br />for committing the firm's technical, professional and financial resources to the <br />firm's clients. He provides conceptual planning on projects and is an integral <br />part of the firm's QAQC for projects. <br />Selected Relative Experience: <br />Glades County Phase II Sewer Expansion, Moore Haven, Florida. Design of 1.5 <br />miles of vacuum assisted gravity sewer system including vacuum mains, <br />vacuum station and pump station. Services included design, preparation of <br />construction plans, permitting of sewer system, bidding and construction <br />management. <br />Wauchula Hills Wastewater and Sewer Service Area, Wauchula, Florida. <br />Construction of a 120.000 GPD wastewater treatment plant, approximately 4 <br />miles of force main, 2 master pump stations, i mile of gravity sewer collection <br />system and effluent pump station. Services included preliminary planning. final <br />design, preparation of construction plans and contract documents, permitting <br />of all improvements and assistance in securing funding, construction <br />management and observation through project closeout and start-up services. <br />Vandolah Road Sewer Service Area, Wauchula, Florida Construction of a <br />70,000 GPD wastewater treatment plant with spray irrigation, 278,000 gallon <br />capacity lined effluent holding pond, 2.5 miles of force main, master pump <br />station including pre- treatment and construction of multiple grinder pump <br />stations with associated small diameter collection force main to eliminate <br />multiple septic systems. Services included preliminary planning and design, <br />final design, preparation of construction plans and contract documents, <br />assistance during bidding, permitting, construction management and <br />observation through project closeout including start-up services. <br />Moore Haven Phase I Sewer System, Moore Haven, Florida. Construction of a <br />90.000 GPD wastewater treatment plant. 2 master pump stations, spray <br />irrigation system, approximately 2 miles of gravity sewer collection system and <br />2 miles of force main. Services included design, preparation of construction <br />plans and contract documents, permitting, bidding, construction management <br />and observation through project closeout and start-up services as well as <br />assistance in securing funding of the project. <br />Craig A.
