Driscoll <br />Director <br />Subsurface Utility Engineering <br />Mr. Driscoll has over 25 years of experience in the <br />engineering, survey and utility location fields. <br />Mr. Driscoll serves as the principal operator and field manager of Radar <br />Tomography projects throughout USA. Mr. Driscoll coordinates Sunshine State <br />One Call ticket management and locating services for numerous Florida <br />municipalities, provides assistance in the performance of electronic <br />designating, layout, and completion of vital soft dig information for vacuum <br />excavation projects. Performs ground penetrating radar surveys for various <br />clients to locate and identify underground facilities. Mr. Driscoll also serves as <br />Division Training Manager and QC Auditor. <br />Mr. Driscoll has performed over 5000 G.P.R. Surveys and over 9000 miles of <br />utility surface designating throughout the US. Additionally, Mr. Driscoll has <br />performed in excess of five million square feet of 3D Radar Tomography <br />scanning projects at various locations throughout the USA. Proficient with state - <br />of-the-art traditional and GPS surveying equipment, substantial proficiency with <br />EM designating equipment, vacuum excavation equipment and various GPR <br />systems with special emphasis on 3D Radar Tomography systems. <br />Selected Relative Experience: <br />595 Express, Broward County, FL - Subsurface Utility Engineering and 3D Radar <br />Tomography Mr. Driscoll served as the field manager and coordinator for SUE <br />services on the 595 Express project, overseeing one million SF of 3D <br />tomographic scanning, 70 miles of EM & GPR designating and 750 vacuum <br />excavation soft digs. <br />NASA Cape Canaveral, Launch Complex 39, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station - <br />Subsurface Utility Engineering Mr. Driscoll served as field manager for the <br />Complete SUE Assessment of NASA's launch complex and industrial /technical <br />testing areas. The project consisted of 28 miles of new water main piping with <br />9 miles of new sewerage piping and associated connections.. <br />FDOT District VII, Ulmerton Rd Widening, Wild Acres Rd to Lake Seminole <br />Bypass - Subsurface Utility Engineering & 3D Radar Tomography Mr. Driscoll <br />served as field manager for the FDOT's first major pilot study of 3D Radar <br />Tomography. The project consisted of 1.4 miles of Ulmerton Road, a 160'Urban <br />ROW corridor as well as 1.1 miles of Starkey Road, a major north -south <br />intersecting roadway consisting of 120' of urban ROW corridor. <br />Marathon - Ashland Petroleum, Ohio Refinery Division, Canton & Louisville <br />Refineries, Canton, Ohio & Louisville, Kentucky - Subsurface Utility Engineering <br />and Mapping Mr. Driscoll served as field manager for these projects involving <br />precision locating of existing subsurface systems within complex refinery <br />environments, utilizing all facets of SUE including; 3D radar tomography, Time <br />Domain Inductive Electromagnetics, vacuum excavation, electronic designating, <br />standard GPR scanning, record research and complex survey data collection. <br />Craig A.
