Keener, P.S.M. <br />Vice President <br />Survey/ Geomatics <br />Mr. Keener has over 30 years of experience in the <br />survey, engineering and utility construction fields. <br />Mr. Keener has been employed with CAS since April of 1995. Mr. Keener began <br />his career at CAS as a Project Surveyor, advancing to Senior Surveyor and <br />Mapper In charge of Surveying in a satellite office and advancing to Vice <br />President in 2005. Mr. Keener will serve as Principle Surveyor for all utility <br />surveys and will coordinate all survey activities with various disciplines as <br />needed. All utility related components such as Radar Tomography, Utility <br />Surface Mapping. Utility Excavations, etc. will be physically surveyed, mapped <br />and certified by Mr. Keener. <br />Mr. Keener holds a Florida Surveyors and Mappers License and is a member of <br />the Florida Surveying and mapping Society of Florida. <br />Selected Relative Experience: <br />595 Express, Broward County, FL - Subsurface Utility Engineering and 3D Radar <br />Tomography Mr. Keener Served as Principal Surveyor for the 3D SUE project <br />completed for the FDOT at the Interstate 595 reversible lanes project in <br />Broward County, Florida. Mr. Keener oversaw the reestablishment of horizontal <br />and vertical control and the mapping of utility surface markings and utility <br />excavation holes, as well Radar Tomography utilized in various areas in <br />question along the entire route. Mr. Keener performed all quality control and <br />quality assurance for the project. <br />Brickell Citicentre, Miami - Dade County, FL - Subsurface Utility Engineering <br />and 3D Radar Tomography Mr. Keener Served as Principal Surveyor for the 3D <br />SUE project completed for the Site and surrounding streets in this downtown <br />project in Miami, Florida. Mr. Keener oversaw the establishment of horizontal <br />and vertical control and the mapping of utility surface markings and utility <br />excavation holes, as well Radar Tomography utilized for 3D modeling of the <br />underground infrastructure. Mr. Keener performed quality control and quality <br />assurance for the project. <br />Motiva Site Spur Line- Port Everglades, Florida Mr. Keener Served as Principal <br />Surveyor for Boundary and Topographic Surveys completed for the Motiva Oil <br />Site and surrounding streets for the proposed Railroad Spur line design <br />servicing the Motiva Oil Site in Port Everglades, Florida. Mr. Keener oversaw the <br />preparation of Boundary and Topographic maps as well as the mapping of <br />utility surface markings and utility excavation holes.
