Vice President Survey/ Geomatics Mr. Keener has over 30 years of experience in the survey, engineering and utility construction fields. Mr. Keener has been employed with CAS since April of 1995. Mr. Keener began his career at CAS as a Project Surveyor, advancing to Senior Surveyor and Mapper In charge of Surveying in a satellite office and advancing to Vice President in 2005. Mr. Keener will serve as Principle Surveyor for all utility surveys and will coordinate all survey activities with various disciplines as needed. All utility related components such as Radar Tomography, Utility Surface Mapping. Utility Excavations, etc. will be physically surveyed, mapped and certified by Mr. Keener. Mr. Keener holds a Florida Surveyors and Mappers License and is a member of the Florida Surveying and mapping Society of Florida. Selected Relative Experience: 595 Express, Broward County, FL - Subsurface Utility Engineering and 3D Radar Tomography Mr. Keener Served as Principal Surveyor for the 3D SUE project completed for the FDOT at the Interstate 595 reversible lanes project in Broward County, Florida. Mr. Keener oversaw the reestablishment of horizontal and vertical control and the mapping of utility surface markings and utility excavation holes, as well Radar Tomography utilized in various areas in question along the entire route. Mr. Keener performed all quality control and quality assurance for the project. Brickell Citicentre, Miami - Dade County, FL - Subsurface Utility Engineering and 3D Radar Tomography Mr. Keener Served as Principal Surveyor for the 3D SUE project completed for the Site and surrounding streets in this downtown project in Miami, Florida. Mr. Keener oversaw the establishment of horizontal and vertical control and the mapping of utility surface markings and utility excavation holes, as well Radar Tomography utilized for 3D modeling of the underground infrastructure. Mr. Keener performed quality control and quality assurance for the project. Motiva Site Spur Line- Port Everglades, Florida Mr. Keener Served as Principal Surveyor for Boundary and Topographic Surveys completed for the Motiva Oil Site and surrounding streets for the proposed Railroad Spur line design servicing the Motiva Oil Site in Port Everglades, Florida. Mr. Keener oversaw the preparation of Boundary and Topographic maps as well as the mapping of utility surface markings and utility excavation holes.
