<br />Juan Alvarez, PE is the founder and president of Alvarez Engineers, Inc. He is a Professional Engineer
<br />with 34 years of experience in roadway design, drainage, stormwater management, lighting, land devel-
<br />opment and Architectural Engineering projects. As Chief Engineer, Manager, and Designer, he has partic-
<br />ipated in the design of minor, major and complex highways, paving, drainage and stormwater manage-
<br />ment systems to serve well over 100,000 acres of land. Mr. Alvarez' experience has enabled him to suc-
<br />cessfully complete and coordinate projects with agencies such as the Florida Department of Transporta-
<br />tion, Miami -Dade County Expressway Authority, Miami -Dade Public Works, Miami -Dade DERM, Miami
<br />Dade WASD, South Florida Water Management District, the United States Army Corps of Engineers, the
<br />Department of Environmental Protection, Southwest Florida Water Management District, Saint Johns Riv-
<br />er Water Management District, the City of Miami, the City of Miami Beach, the City of North Mi-
<br />ami, Surfside, Hallandale Beach and others.
<br />Reynaldo Chinea, PE has over 29 years of Civil engineering and technical experience. His work includes
<br />highway and land development engineering, with emphasis on roadway design, drainage, quantity sur-
<br />veying, cost estimating and water and sewer systems. He has completed successful projects for the
<br />FDOT, Miami -Dade County Expressway Authority, Miami-Dade DERM, Community Development Districts,
<br />Miami -Dade and Broward County Schools and several cities and villages within Miami -Dade County.
<br />Ena Hernandez, PE is a professional Engineer with 10 years of experience in engineering. She has a sol-
<br />id background in the design phase services related to transportation projects with experience in highway/
<br />roadway design, horizontal /vertical alignment, storm water management, drainage, maintenance of traf-
<br />fic, signing and pavement markings, signalization, lighting, construction estimates and permitting.
<br />Perdro Tovar has a degree in Electrical Engineering from FIU and is an electrical designer who provides
<br />assistance with lighting design and analysis. He is proficient in Autocad, Microstation as well as other
<br />engineering programs and his technical assistance will be an addition to the team.
