Both William O'Leary and Kathy O'Leary <br />Richards have worked with the City since that time and have helped us shape <br />our City into the "City of Excellence". In 2002, the City retained the newly re- <br />named firm of O'Leary Richards Design Associates. <br />During our relationship, we have found the O'Learys to be extremely knowledge, <br />professional, responsive and dependable.
