O'Leary Richards Design Associates, Inc. was chosen to address our improvements <br />to Ocean Boulevard /AIA which included the installation of Medjool palms and low ground cover. Kathy <br />O'Leary has made a major impact on the way the public views its initial entrance into Town and has <br />helped shape a lasting impact on the way traveling public views our Town. <br />In addition, Ms. O'Leary Richards has been responsible for addressing our open spaces which had <br />previously been under - utilized and poorly developed. This includes the re- design of North Park, Singer <br />Park which was formerly known as Rock Park, and South Park. She shaped these raw undesirable areas <br />to spaces where families now gather and children play. <br />Because of the impressive quality of work, Ms. O'Leary Richards has been retained to supervise our <br />landscape maintenance program. They firm has also become the "Official" Landscape Architects for the <br />Town of Golden Beach (a distinction never bestowed on another firm). This has created an <br />environment which fosters sacred, humanizing health and wellness benefits for our residents. <br />O'Leary Richards Design Associates, Inc. pays attention to the needs of the customer and any budgetary <br />restraints.
