While the principal <br />of the company is William O'Leary, his daughter Kathy O'Leary Richards has worked along with her <br />father in Bal Harbour for most of those years. O'Leary Richards Design Associates, Inc. is the next <br />generation of the O'Leary family's excellent work in landscape architecture. <br />In the many years of working with the O'Learys in Bal Harbour, it is evident that they have had a great <br />impact on the way Bal Harbour looks today. The "Bal Harbour look" has been emulated by many <br />communities, and this is a testament to the beautiful design work of the O'Learys. <br />The O'Learys serve as the Village's official Landscape Architects. With the large amount of landscaping <br />in Bal Harbour, which is a very sizeable investment to protect, the O'Learys provide invaluable services <br />to me in supervising our landscape maintenance providers to insure proper maintenance and care of <br />these assets. <br />Due to their diligence in keeping on top of any threats to our landscaping, our incidence of losing <br />expensive trees is very low. I credit Bal Harbour's beautiful appearance and successful landscaping <br />maintenance and care program to the excellent work of the O'Learys.
