His project experience <br />includes design of water distribution systems, sanitary sewer <br />collection systems, sanitary sewer pump stations and force main, <br />paving and drainage design, management of various land <br />development projects, and permitting processing through various <br />local and state agencies. He has extensive experience in <br />construction management and administration. <br />RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE: <br />Town of Miami Lakes- Public Works Plans Review: Provides <br />engineering plans review for the Public Works Department, <br />consultation and field inspections for the Town of Miami Lakes on <br />a continuing contract. <br />Miami Seaport Redevelopment Program: Responsible for <br />coordinating permit submittals for 33 projects associated with the <br />pump station redevelopment program. Responsibilities included <br />submittal to Miami -Dade County Building Department, City of <br />Miami, and Miami -Dade County DERM (currently RER). The <br />program included permitting for (2) two sanitary sewer pump <br />stations, removal and abandoning of seven (7) septic tanks and <br />connecting those sites to the gravity system. Scope of work <br />included preparations of design calculations and construction <br />documents for a new pump station to serve an existing cargo <br />building at the Miami Seaport. <br />Miami -Dade Water and Sewer Department <br />Consent Decree / Settlement Agreement Section (CD /SA): <br />Assigned to WASD CD /SA section to work on various duties. <br />Responsibilities included the submittal and tracking of various <br />pump stations and force main upgrades with Miami -Dade County <br />Building Department, DERM, FDOT, FDEP and Miami -Dade <br />County Health Department. Responsible for coordination with FPL <br />and other utilities in anticipation of the proposed upgrades. <br />The Program Management Team (PMT) <br />Responsibilities included the monitoring and tracking of Miami - <br />Dade WASD pump stations for NAPOT criteria, evaluating out -of- <br />compliance pump stations and preparing engineering reports <br />recommending upgrades to comply with FDEP consent Decree <br />requirements. Assisted with permitting of various pump station <br />upgrades through the Miami -Dade County Building Department, <br />DERM and other agencies.
