Cordova, P.E., AICP, LEED AP <br />implementation of approved plans and final certification to the City of Sunrise, Town of Davie and <br />Broward County. <br />Miami -Dade Water and Sewer Department- Water Allocation Study: The project consisted of <br />developing a study to revise and update the water /sewer allocation based on actual water use for the <br />different land uses as listed in Chapter 24 of the Miami -Dade County Code. This study also included <br />reviewing the selected existing Miami -Dade Water and Sewer Department (MDWASD) land uses <br />(premise list) and making recommendations to consolidate the current list and estimate the future water <br />savings because of the use of water conservation programs. <br />Broward County Water and Wastewater System Annual Report ( BCWWSAR): Assistance with the <br />preparation of the BCWWSAR which included a review of the management and organization of the <br />IDES, which operates the water and wastewater utility system, a physical description and assessment <br />of the condition of the water and wastewater system, and an assistance with final review of the system <br />to ensure that future system needs are adequately anticipated. <br />Broward County SunPort Project: Assistance with the preparation of the Planning, Development and <br />Environmental Study (PD &E) for the Broward County People Mover and Intermodal Center project. <br />Study areas included land use impacts, right -of -way, historical structure report, cultural and <br />neighborhood impacts and Section 4f review. <br />Miramar Neighborhood Development Plan: An analysis and report of the requirements for renovation <br />and rehabilitation of the infrastructure for the eastern portion of the City of Miramar. The report <br />addressed the required physical improvements, economic development, socio - political empowerment <br />and technological development. The report was used to produce a video used by the City to inform the <br />residents of their efforts. <br />Broward County Fire Stations: Project Manager for the design, permitting and construction <br />management for four (4) fire rescue stations, one included a hazmat station and another included an <br />EMS warehouse facility. Services included paving, grading and drainage systems design and <br />permitting, water main distribution system and sewer main collection system design and permitting, <br />signing and marking and construction observation and management. <br />Fort Lauderdale /Hollywood International Airport, Terminal 4: Assisted in the preparation of design <br />and construction documents for miscellaneous landside projects in the expansion of the airport. <br />Services included site plan design, paving, drainage, water and sewer, pavement marking and signage <br />and permitting. <br />Florida Power & Light Bronco Substation: Preparation of design and construction documents for a <br />new electrical substation. Services provided included paving, grading and drainage, fire hydrant <br />relocation, storm water pollution prevention plan, and construction observation. <br />Calvary Chapel of Fort Lauderdale: Engineer of Record for the 73 acre Calvary Chapel Church and <br />School campus.
