She serves as Principal -In- Charge and <br />Project Manager responsible for design, permitting, contract <br />administration and project management for water and sewer <br />systems design, roadway design, storm drainage, earthwork <br />design, calculations, and environmental permitting, project <br />planning and associated site development work, as well as Land <br />Use Plan Amendments, Comprehensive Plan Amendments, <br />Rezonings, Plat Processing, Due Diligence Studies and other <br />planning related services. She is currently the Planning Consultant <br />for the City of Aventura providing plan review services as well as <br />preparation of the Water Supply Facilities Work Plan. Ms. Cordova <br />has worked with Hazen and Sawyer on the Water and Wastewater <br />System Annual Report. <br />RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE: <br />City of Aventura- Planning Consultant: Services include plans <br />review for planning and engineering issues, member of the <br />Development Review Committee, comprehensive plan <br />amendments and amendments to the Land Development Code. <br />Assistance with the preparation of the Federal Insurance Rate Map <br />- Community Rating System audits and reports as needed. <br />Preparation of the site plan review report and ordinances for the <br />site plans, variances, conditional uses, entry features, temporary <br />and final plats. <br />City of Aventura Water Supply Facilities Workplan: Assisted <br />the City of Aventura with its water supply facilities workplan. Tasks <br />included extensive coordination with Miami -Dade Water and <br />Sewer Department and SFWMD Master Water Supply Plans and <br />other regional agencies. <br />Riverstone Subdivision: Provided consulting engineering <br />services for a new ±318 acre residential development. The scope <br />of work included design of three (3) submersible sanitary sewer <br />pump stations, over 3600 LF of 4 -inch force main to service 308 <br />residential units. In addition, CRA prepared paving, grading, <br />drainage and signing and marking plans for the internal roadways <br />system.
