Cordova Rodriguez 8 Assoc., Inc. <br />Karen Lynch, PSM <br />Senior Surveyor <br />Professional Experience: <br />Ms. Lynch is Manager of Surveying <br />Services, where she is responsible for <br />the management and supervision of all <br />public and private sector surveys. Her <br />survey project management experience <br />includes projects such as educational <br />facilities, parks and recreation, roadways <br />and streetscapes, commercial and <br />industrial facilities, and healthcare and <br />medical office complexes. <br />Relevant Project Experience: <br />School Board of Broward County <br />Surveying Services - In conjunction <br />with the School Board of Broward <br />County, provided surveying services on <br />more than 50 school sites in Broward <br />County over the past 17 years. The <br />services for these projects have included: <br />architectural design surveys, <br />construction layout, including buildings, <br />Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE), <br />parking and driveways, as -built surveys, <br />boundary, horizontal and vertical <br />control, topographic, as -built surveys, <br />right -of -way surveys for signalization <br />design, and preparation of legal <br />descriptions. <br />Seminole Tribe of Florida <br />Surveying Services <br />The contract encompasses the Seminole <br />Reservations at Hollywood, Big Cypress, <br />and Brighton, with assignments received <br />and executed on a task work order <br />basis. <br />Rolling Hills - A 350 -acre residential, <br />commercial and golf course development <br />in Davie. Services provided included <br />platting, surveys, assistance in easements <br />and rights -of -way vacations; and <br />construction services. <br />Snake Creek Department of <br />Military Affairs Boundary and <br />Topographic Surveys — The contract <br />was to perform boundary and <br />topographic surveys for four sites <br />consisting of approximately 300 acres in <br />Miramar, Broward County, Florida for <br />the Department of Military Affairs. <br />Included in this project was a proposed <br />30 acre National Guard Armory site. <br />The boundary of the parcel was <br />established based on local sectional <br />control, provided topographic <br />information at an approximate 50 - 75 <br />foot grid which included field staff cutting <br />through extensive exotic vegetation. <br />Topographic information within the <br />adjacent Flamingo Road right -of -way was <br />also collected and shown on the survey. <br />We provided cross sections of the <br />adjacent Snake Creek Canal (C -9) and <br />assisted the client with title review to <br />resolve issues associated with the canal <br />right -of -way along the north boundary. <br />The project was completed on schedule <br />and within budget. <br />WPLG Channel 10 North Dade Site <br />For this 38 -acre site in North Miami - <br />Dade County owned by a local ABC -TV <br />affiliate, WPLG Channel 10, Miller Legg <br />provided boundary, topographic <br />surveying, and construction surveying <br />services.. <br />Coral Rock Quarry - Providing <br />quantity survey of rock quarry as <br />identified by Client. <br />Coral Springs Sportsplex - A 25 -acre <br />recreational park expansion project <br />requiring boundary and topographic <br />surveying and creation of easements. <br />52 <br />
