City of Cooper City - Researched and <br />prepared legal descriptions for <br />annexation bills. <br />Central Broward Water Control <br />District (CBWCD) Boundary & <br />Topographic Surveys - Boundary and <br />topographic surveys of canal reservations <br />within the N -22, N -31 and S -30 canals in <br />Sections 26 -50 -40 and 28- 50 -40. <br />Broward County Aviation <br />Department Terminal Exit <br />Roadways - For this roadway system, <br />the team provided services including a <br />full design survey covering approximately <br />50 acres of the Fort <br />Lauderdale /Hollywood International <br />Airport, including global positioning <br />system (GPS) horizontal control, vertical <br />control, three - dimensional digital terrain <br />modeling, topographic survey, utility <br />coordination and locations, aerial <br />photography, and bridge and tree <br />surveys. <br />Broward County Central County <br />Surveys - Provided 50 housing lot <br />surveys as part of Broward County's <br />affordable housing program. <br />The lots were located between Broward <br />Boulevard and Oakland Park Boulevard <br />from south to north, and SR 441 to 1 -95, <br />from west to east. <br />Broward County Parks & <br />Recreation Department Surveying - <br />Miscellaneous surveying services <br />including boundary, topographic, <br />hydrographic and global positioning <br />system (GPS). <br />Darlington Park Townhomes - <br />Construction layout and surveys were <br />performed for this townhouse <br />subdivision on Stirling Road in the City <br />of Cooper City. <br />Lincoln Park Elementary School <br />Surveying - For this elementary school <br />site in the City of Hollywood which <br />includes a playground and park site, Ms. <br />Lynch performed platting services, <br />overall survey including boundary, <br />topographic, ALTA, underground utility <br />locating, historical structure survey, <br />vacation of utility easement, certified <br />corner records, sketch and legal <br />descriptions, and title reviews. <br />Hurricane Wilma Erosion Survey <br />Project - As part of the South Broward <br />Drainage District's improvements to <br />neighborhoods within the District that <br />were damaged by Hurricane Wilma, Ms. <br />Lynch provided lake bank cross - section <br />and staking services for five lakes in <br />western Pembroke Pines and Miramar. <br />Davie Surveying Services - Various <br />surveys on a continuing basis for the <br />Town of Davie, including right -of -way, <br />topographic, as- built, and boundary <br />surveys. <br />Davie Water & Wastewater <br />Treatment Plant Field location of <br />existing utilities was critical on this <br />project. It ultimately resulted in fewer <br />change orders and delays due to <br />unknown utilities being discovered <br />during construction.
