Rosana D. Cordova, P.E., A.I.C.P., LEED AP — Cordova Rodriguez & <br />Assoc., Inc. Principal -In- Charge <br />Engineering, Planning, Comprehensive Planning <br />Ms. Cordova has over 25 years experience in civil engineering services in <br />both the public and private sectors. She will administrate the contract as <br />well as be personally involved in all projects. She is uniquely qualified in <br />that she has licensing and certification as a professional engineer, certified <br />planner and LEED Accredited Professional. She is currently the Planning <br />Consultant for the City of Aventura where she prepared the City's 10 Year <br />Water Supply Plan and helps administer the City's FEMA, Community <br />Rating System. She is the Chair of the Broward County Central Examining <br />Board for Engineering Construction, Chair of the American Planning <br />Association, Broward Section, Board Member of the Smart Growth <br />Partnership; USGBC, SF, Broward Chapter, Board Member; City of <br />Pembroke Pines Landscape Advisory Board, as well as other committees <br />in Broward and Dade Counties. <br />Jeffrey Nagle, R.L.A. – Johnson Engineering – Landscape Architect <br />Landscape Architecture <br />Mr. Nagle has over 30 years of landscape architecture experience in both <br />the public and private sectors. His specialties include master planning, <br />parks and recreation, streetscapes, roadway, environmental reclamation <br />and mitigation, Low Impact Development, and lighting design. He brings a <br />versatile skill set and reputation built on providing the highest quality of <br />service with on -time and on- budget deliverables. <br />Andrew Tilton, P.E. – Johnson Engineering - Director of Water <br />Resources <br />Water Resources <br />Mr. Tilton has over 36 years experience in engineering providing quality <br />control on projects under design and permitting for the Bluehead Town of <br />Fort Myers Beach and recently completed engineering design of the Jack's <br />Branch Mitigation Bank. He is also the District Engineer for Telegraph <br />Cypress Water Management District and has been the Engineer of Record <br />for several other districts. Mr. Tilton has also served as the senior project <br />engineer for surface water on many of the firm's projects related to storm <br />water master plans. He provides direction to monitoring, permitting, design, <br />and construction related issues. Mr. Tilton has watershed master plan <br />experience including production of floodway models that meet FEMA <br />requirements.
