Joshua Hildebrand, P.E. – Johnson Engineering – Project Engineer <br />Transportation Engineering <br />Mr. Hildebrand has over seven years experience and has served as a team <br />member in transportation services at Johnson Engineering. He has worked <br />on various projects throughout Southwest Florida and is familiar with <br />roadway design, construction, and the permitting procedures of the local <br />municipalities as well as the Florida Department of Transportation. His <br />experience provides him with a unique understanding of the planning, <br />design, and construction requirements of transportation improvement <br />projects. His experience gives him a unique understanding of the <br />development of traffic studies, roadway and intersection design, ADA <br />compliance - related challenges, and local access permitting requirements. <br />William Lynch, P.S.M. — Lynch Surveying and Mapping <br />Surveying and Platting <br />During the past 32 years, Mr. Lynch has specialized in South Florida right - <br />of -way, boundary and land development surveying. He has worked on <br />boundary, topographic, right -of -way, engineering design, construction <br />layout and control surveys, overseeing and assisting with subdivision <br />design of plats, right -of -way maps and horizontal control plans. His <br />municipal and government experience includes the City of Miramar, City of <br />North Miami Beach, Sunny Isles, South Broward Drainage District, South <br />Florida Water Management District and others. <br />Kumar Vedula, P.E. – Tierra South Florida <br />Geotechnical Engineering <br />Mr. Vendula has over 19 years experience in wide variety of geotechnical <br />projects involving foundation design, slope stability analysis, WEAP <br />analysis and interpreting PDA reports, excavation support, and construction <br />inspection. He is also experienced in foundation inspections (shallow and <br />deep foundations), soil modification (dynamic compaction, stone columns), <br />preloading, excavations, backfilling, and post construction monitoring. Mr. <br />Vendula also has GIS experience using ARC /INFO and has created a GIS <br />database for assessment of seismic vulnerability of Shelby County, <br />Tennessee, as part of a research project funded by USGS. <br />CRA is a Small Business Enterprise, Community Business Enterprise, <br />Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, Minority Business Enterprise and Women <br />Business Enterprise. <br />The current and future workload for the team is such that they will be able to <br />immediately work on City projects and will be able to dedicate whatever amount of <br />time is required to provide the expedited services required by the City. <br />Cordova Rodriguez & Assoc., Inc.
