At the same time we will work diligently to
develop a design that minimizes the disruption to the area
while achieving the most efficient design and maximum benefit to the area under the
expected budget.
The team will also move fast to coordinate with the necessary permitting and regulatory
agencies to convey the importance and significance of the projects to City of Sunny Isles
Beach. This effort will give us the opportunity to identify any issues that are normally
discussed later in the design process and will give the design team the opportunity to
tailor the design to meet these items.
Some of the key members of our team have had the opportunity to work together as part
of a team at a former employer. This situation can afford our team the benefit of already
having the experience of working together to complete our projects on time and within
budget. William (Bill) Lynch, who has gone on to found Lynch Surveying and Mapping,
former head of surveying before forming his own company will be at hand to provide
surveying services. CRA also worked together with Tierra, Inc. at Port Everglades as part
of the Terminal 18 Expansion both Phase I and II. CRA has worked with Johnson
Engineering and the firms enjoy having offices next to each other in both their Broward
and Miami -Dade offices.
Currently our team has been able to provide landscape, planning and engineering
services to Calvary Chapel of Fort Lauderdale on a continuing basis. We have been able
to respond to the Church's request for immediate assistance to complete various
"emergency" projects. As part of this contract, we have completed the design for a
playground school, state -of- the -art track and field and various parking lots within budgets
and with a very aggressive schedule. This contract has also allowed us the opportunity
to provide the church with the services of other disciplines through other our other Team
members.
CRA provided full civil engineering services for the design, permitting and construction
observation for four (4) Port Everglades terminals at the same time. All four terminals
were completed ahead of schedule and on budget.
Cordova Rodriguez & Assoc., Inc.
Cordova Rodriguez & Assoc., Inc. RFQ# 1407 -02 58
