Spalled areas of concrete <br />have rusted through to the reinforcement. Prior to work being done, the existing <br />soffit had to be removed and inspected for damages. The challenge here was how soffits were <br />removed, stored, preserved, reinstalled, and ultimately performing the concrete restoration <br />work without interrupting terminal use. Size was 1000 lineal ft, and the approximate cost <br />was $450,000. <br />25.
