Staffing <br />Relevant experience and qualifications of key personnel, including key personnel of <br />subcontractors, that will be assigned to projects well as experience and qualifications. The <br />size and experience of the company staff pool from which staff assigned to the <br />management contract can be drawn. The composition of the staff team should include: <br /> <br /> The names of the employees in the area responsible for this contract. <br /> Their function in the company. <br /> The name of the person who will be responsible for the coordination of work. <br /> Must show evidence of how the firm’s personnel meets the minimum <br />qualifications as it pertains to years of experience. <br /> <br />4. Approach / Methodology <br />Proposer’s general approach methodology to providing the services requested in this <br />solicitation <br /> Suitability of the methodologies and approaches used in achieving tasks <br /> Overall organization to completing the project <br /> Ability to meet desired timelines and deadlines <br /> <br />Describe your firm’s understanding of the following types of projects and your firm’s <br />Strengths in designing the types of projects listed in Section 3. <br /> <br />5. References <br />Each Proposer must submit a list of three (3) public sector clients’ references of current <br />and past customers of which they have provided services within the past five (5) <br />years of similar scope and size of those described herein. <br /> Each Reference must be supplied on client’s letterhead. <br /> Each Reference letter must be signed with contact person and phone number. <br /> <br />The City retains the right to request any additional information pertaining to the Proposer's <br />ability, qualifications and procedures used to accomplish all work under the contract as it <br />deems necessary to ensure safe and satisfactory work. <br /> <br />6. Contract Forms <br />All completed contract forms. <br /> <br />Failure to provide all documentation responsive to items #1 through #6 above may result in the <br />Proposer’s proposal being deemed non responsive and the City may in its sole discretion refuse <br />to consider the proposal. <br /> <br />END OF SECTION <br />
