His experience providing construction <br />management for a Builder /Developer, permit review and program management for a large <br />municipality, and Design /Consulting services to both Private and Public sector clients, <br />provides broad insight into the variety of issues related to project development. Having <br />participated in the design and implementation of everything from small in -fill development <br />to large neighborhood improvement projects, Mr. Hall has familiarity with wide range <br />projects. His experience includes modeling, creation of master plans, preparing construction <br />documents, permitting, and construction administration for numerous water distribution, <br />sewer collection, storm water management, and land development projects. <br />Relevant Experience <br />Private Sector: Mr. Hall has provided design services for dozens of private development <br />projects throughout Florida; including residential, commercial, and institutional. The diversity <br />in project locations has provided exposure to the unique multi - jurisdictional requirements <br />throughout South Florida. His project management skills and ability to align client needs with <br />jurisdictional requirements are enhanced by years of accommodating diverse project needs. <br />Public Sector: Projects include modeling and design of water, wastewater, and storm water <br />collection systems at both a master planning and project specific level. Mr. Hall has a firm <br />awareness of State and Jurisdictional requirements and methodology /means for compliance. <br />His past civic experience and role as client manager for several general services contracts, <br />provides an understanding of what's needed to work as an extension of Municipal Staff. <br />General Engineering Services Contract, Fort Lauderdale, FL: Project Coordinator <br />and point -of- contact for engineering, landscape, survey, and architectural services provided <br />to the City through open -ended contract. In addition to management of multiple projects, <br />Mr. Hall was responsible for overseeing design, commitment to schedule and meeting budgets <br />for multi- facetted improvement projects. Projects included approximately $636 million in <br />utilities infrastructure repair, replacement, and upgrades to provide water and wastewater <br />improvements to existing neighborhoods served by septic systems and without adequate fire <br />protection. Areas served include a mixture of single family, multi - family, commercial, office <br />and industrial uses. In addition to utilities, improvements included streetscape, landscape, <br />drainage, roadway re- alignment and traffic calming. <br />Coconut Creek Casino Master Plan, Coconut Creek, FL: Expansion of an existing <br />65 -acre parcel within a larger 105 -acre Commerce Center parcel with multiple owners to <br />provide for a planned 24 -story, 1,500 -room new hotel and casino with 2,500 -seat concert <br />venue and 150,000 square feet of shops, restaurants and offices. The project includes <br />obtaining approval for Project Master Plan in compliance with overall Main Street Master <br />Plan prepared and accepted by the City. <br />The many different issues and involvement with multiple entities made this a particularly <br />complex and interesting project requiring a full range of services by the client. Services <br />provided include Master Plan approvals for phased development utility and stormwater master <br />plans, site plan approvals, construction documents, permitting, construction inspections <br />and certifications, traffic studies, cost estimates, preliminary engineering documents and <br />miscellaneous reports. These services required close coordination with other consultants <br />as well as City and other jurisdictional permitting agencies.
