<br />Mr. Krane has 26 years of experience in planning, transportation engineering, preliminary
<br />engineering /PD &E, access management, traffic operations, and safety, with 16 -plus years
<br />of management experience. His primary areas of expertise include site impact analyses,
<br />intersection and roadway operational and level of service analyses, development and
<br />application of transportation demand forecasting models, project traffic development,
<br />and project management. He currently serves as the Director of Transportation Planning
<br />activities statewide.

<br />Traffic Engineering and Transportation Planning, Parkland, FL: As the Director
<br />of the Transportation Planning Division, Mr. Krane provided a senior oversight role for
<br />this project. Services include acting as the City Traffic Engineer and Development Review
<br />Committee member for the City. We provided as- needed traffic engineering and planning
<br />services including traffic impact and site plan review, traffic control recommendations,
<br />traffic conditions monitoring, traffic operations analysis, comprehensive planning, ordinance
<br />development, and intergovernmental coordination. We also provided representation on

<br />Traffic Engineering Services, Fort Lauderdale, FL: As the Director of the Transportation
<br />Planning Division, Mr. Krane was the senior advisor to the team providing support services
<br />to the City. Services included providing reviews for site impact analyses and parking studies
<br />submitted to the City for approval and developing the associated comments based on the
<br />City's Code. If requested, staff would attend and make presentations to the City Council to
<br />present and /or defend the City's position. In addition to the senior advisor role, Mr. Krane
