<br />Bruce Reed, RLA, is the Director of Landscape Architecture at Keith and Schnars. Included
<br />in his 25 years of experience Mr. Reed has extensive experience in a wide variety of
<br />projects, where he has provided a full range of landscape architectural services. These
<br />services consist of the following land development activities: master planning, programming,
<br />plan review, site design and development, landscape and irrigation design, cost analysis,
<br />environmental mitigation design /permitting, site approval processing /permitting and public/
<br />client presentation. As an experienced project manager, Mr. Reed has competently prepared
<br />and administered construction and bid documents, QA/QC, contract negotiation, written
<br />reports and correspondence, review of project invoices and construction observation. As a
<br />divisional staff supervisor, he directs and schedules the design teams in completion of landscape
<br />architectural design development. Mr. Reed has developed a perceptive understanding of
<br />roadway, streetscapes, park and recreational facility design and has consistently established
<br />positive rapport with municipal and agency personnel.
<br />Relevant Experience
<br />Miramar Town Center, Miramar, FL: Served as the Project Manager, providing
<br />landscape architecture services for this urban mixed -use development. The Miramar Town
<br />Center was designed as an idyllic traditional downtown with pedestrian oriented streets,
<br />beautiful Mediterranean style architecture. "main street' store fronts and waterfront views
<br />characteristic of historic towns of Florida. Site amenities included a plaza, fountain, site
<br />furniture, decorative pavers, planters, tree grates, and landscape lighting. Client/Contact:

<br />Downtown Master Development and Major Corridor Plan, North Miami, FL:
<br />Project included corridor plans implementing complete street concepts, enhancing the
<br />corridors transit, pedestrian and bicycle environment through public and private design
<br />guidelines.
