His experience includes commercial, educational, residential, aviation and a variety of other project types. Gus is the District Business Line Manager for Buildings + Places for Florida. In this capacity, Gus provides operational, project delivery and technical leadership for the B +P Business Line in the Florida District. "As the Florida district business line manager, I will make sure all necessary resources are committed to the projects for the City of Sunny Isles Beach, to provide quality and timely execution of the necessary work. Her experience includes numerous major government projects totaling over 5 million SF including the City of Sunny Isles Beach Government Center completed in 2005, and Heritage Park and Garage completed in 2011. Some of the more recent projects have been nationally or regionally recognized through awards and publications.
