18
RFO No. 14 -07 -02
[[UrSSTAFFING
Section 3
Our team provides the continuity, consistency, and bench strength to deliver any
project during this contract on time.
Organizational Structure
AECOM's quality management program dictates
that the process start with developing a formal
Project Management Plan (PMP) for each project.
The PMP is an evolving document that serves
to maintain the goals and objectives of the City
throughout the development and changes inherent
to a project. Clear lines of communication between
the City staff and AECOM team members will be
established as part of the development of the PMP.
Our team's organization chart depicts the reporting
structure and task leads for the various scope
categories.
Project communication will mirror the structure
of the project organizational structure. Principal
in Charge /Team Project Manager Agustin Barrera,
AIA, will oversee assignments and make sure there
is appropriate staff to complete the project. He
will participate in key meetings and provide the
leadership and direction necessary to make sure
the project schedule is met.
Our deputy project manager, Nina Gladstone, will
work very closely with the team daily, and will serve
as your primary point of contact. She will assign
work with key task leaders to provide seamless
project delivery for every aspect of the work.
The project schedule is a key tool for project
management. AECOM's PMP will provide a detailed
critical path schedule of project activities and
deliverables from project initiation through
completion, including time for Quality Control (QC)
reviews and City reviews. Critical path scheduling
allows our team to achieve expedited project
execution, just as we have for past City of Sunny
Isles Beach projects.
Cost considerations will be an integral element of
the preliminary and final design activities for the
assigned project. This will include consideration of
the implications of both capital and operating costs
of project decisions as the design is developed.
AECOM
Figure 3.1.
