<br />the art courtrooms and office space.
<br />The new building includes 355,000 SF of
<br />administrative office space for several
<br />government agencies including the
<br />State Attorney, Clerk of Court and Court
<br />Administration, with 74 courtrooms and
<br />hearing rooms.
<br />Duval County Courthouse
<br />Renovations, Jacksonville, FL.
<br />Principal- in- Charge.AECOM was
<br />selected by the City of Jacksonville and
<br />Duval County to provide both A/E design
<br />and Program Management services for
<br />the Duval County Courts system, include
<br />the renovation and conversion of the
<br />historic 1930s Federal Courthouse for
<br />use by the State Attorney's office. The
<br />6 -story, 172,000 SF building will be
<br />completely gutted and provided with all
<br />new interior finishes and engineering
<br />systems. The Public Defender's office
<br />will be relocated to 70,000 SF of totally
<br />renovated space on two floors of the Ed
<br />Ball Building.
<br />Baha Mar Convention Center, Nassau,
<br />Bahamas. Principal -in- Charge for a
<br />new 200,000 SF Convention Center,
<br />part of one of the world's largest
<br />resort developments. The convention
<br />center will include a main ballroom
<br />with a lobby/ pre- function area;
<br />exhibition / convention space capable
<br />of being subdivided; separate wing of
<br />meeting rooms, full service kitchen;
<br />administrative support space; loading
<br />dock; and storage. The building used the
<br />best sustainable design principles and
<br />was planned for a future expansion of
<br />between 30,000 — 50,000 SF.
<br />Baha Mar Hotels and Casino, Nassau,
<br />Bahamas. Principal -in- Charge and
<br />project manager for a new3,000,000
<br />SF Hotel and Casino located on over 20
<br />acres along the world's most beautiful
<br />waterfront site in the Bahamas. Bahe
<br />Mar Hotel and Casino was designed
<br />as one of the world's largest resort
<br />developments in the world. The hotels
<br />will be managed by four of the most
<br />distinguished hotel brands including
<br />Rosewood, Mondrian and Grand Hyatt.
<br />The hotels consist of white sand
<br />beaches, luxury pools and astonishing
<br />waterside experiences.The Hotel
<br />amenities consist of restaurants, spas,
<br />bars, lounges and support spaces. The
<br />buildings use the best sustainable
<br />design principles and are designed with
<br />over 2300 rooms, suites and residences.

<br />the new Corporate Headquarters for
<br />Codina including complete interior fit
<br />out and coordination of relocation to
<br />new facility. Space planning including
<br />programming, Design development,
<br />including finish and furniture selections,
<br />presentation /sample boards and
<br />specifications, Implementation, Client
<br />interaction, Scheduling, Staffing,
<br />Construction Documents including
<br />detailing; 30,000 SF.
