<br />administration forthe first phase of a
<br />public Riverwalk at the mouth of the
<br />Miami River. This riverwalk provides
<br />a much needed pedestrian link
<br />connecting Biscayne Bayjust south of
<br />Bayfront Park to the edge of the Miami
<br />River and serves as a recreational
<br />waterfront link for the local residents,
<br />businesses and visitors to the Miami
<br />downtown area.
