<br />The complex includes approximately
<br />110,000 SF housing the sheriff's
<br />administration, detention, and courts
<br />components of the County government.
<br />The 40,200 SF county administrative
<br />building includes the county
<br />commission chambers, administrative
<br />services and elected officials
<br />departments.
<br />Baha Mar Hotel and Casino, Nassau,
<br />Bahamas. A new 3 million SF Hotel and
<br />Casino located on over 20 acres along
<br />the world's most beautiful waterfront
<br />site in the Bahamas. Baha Mar Hotel
<br />and Casino was designed as one of the
<br />world's largest resort developments in
<br />the world. The hotel will be managed
<br />by four of the most distinguished hotel
<br />brands including Rosewood, Mondrian
<br />and Grand Hyatt. The hotel consists of
<br />white sand beaches, luxury pools and
<br />astonishing waterside experiences.
<br />Amenities consist of restaurants, spas,
<br />bars, lounges and support spaces. The
<br />buildings are designed with over 2,300
<br />rooms, suites and residences.
<br />City of Palm Coast City Hall, Palm
<br />Coast, FL. Programming and space
<br />needs analysis for a new City Hall
<br />building.
<br />Clay County Courthouse Expansion
<br />& Renovation, Green Cove Springs,
<br />FL. A new 4 -story, 89,000 SF addition to
<br />the existing courthouse to include four
<br />new state -of- the -art courtrooms, future
<br />holding cells, eightjudicial chambers,
<br />and consolidated offices for the Clerk
<br />of Court, as well as building support
<br />spaces. Renovation work in the existing
<br />74,000 SF courthouse will include the
<br />redesign of the State Attorney, Public
<br />Defender, and miscellaneous court
<br />support space.
<br />Collier County Courthouse, Naples,
<br />FL. The Courthouse renovations include
<br />the design of three new courtrooms,
<br />judicial chamber suites, and offices for
<br />the Probation department. The project
<br />involves phased renovations of two
<br />floors of the existing courthouse and is
<br />designed to allow for uninterrupted use
<br />of the current courthouse.
<br />Montgomery County Judicial Center
<br />Annex, Rockville, MD. This project
<br />involves design of a new courts
<br />tower and renovation of the existing
<br />327,000 -gross square foot courthouse.
<br />Juvenile court functions and other
<br />related family court functions will
<br />relocate to the annex, leaving vacant
<br />spaces in the existing judicial center
<br />available for re -use. Movement of
<br />court functions will be sequenced,
<br />withoutthe use of temporary swing
<br />space, to maintain uninterrupted court
<br />operations. This building is design to
<br />achieve LEED -NC Silver Certification.
