Inc. (CTA). CTA provides general consultant engineering services to the City of Oakland <br />® Park, and their contract is administered by the Engineering & Community Development Department. <br />® The scope of services supplied by Craven Thompson & Associates includes but is not limited to, <br />Planning and Design, Water. Sewer. Drainage, Roadway and Landscaping improvement projects. <br />® With that said, an example of the excellent work provided by CTA is that of Garden Acres <br />® Neighborhood Improvement Project which added sanitary sewer service to the last remaining area in the <br />City's Service area that lacked this service. The project also included water main replacement, drainage <br />® improvements and landscaping with neighborhood entryway signs. The project's design was completed <br />® within the specified time frame and done with exceptional attention to detail which assisted the City in <br />® receiving a Special Appropriations Programs (SPAPS) grant of $485,000 from the Environmental <br />Protection Agency towards the construction of the sanitary sewer for this project. CTA also provided <br />® <br />Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) services for this project which was completed ahead of <br />® schedule and within budget. <br />® CTA also prepared a Project Delivery Plan for the necessary water and sewer improvements in the City <br />® which was used to secure over $31M in bind funding for the construction of these infrastructure <br />® improvements. Within the past 10 years CTA has completed more than S5.5M in design and CEI <br />® services for over $35M in construction projects for the City of Oakland Park.
