Inc. (CTA) <br />has assisted the City of Aventura in preparing and submitting the <br />annual report to Miami -Dade County DERM as required by the City <br />under the Miami -Dade County MS -4 Permit. CTA has been the <br />responsible party for preparing the report and assembling the required <br />back -up documents and reports. In addition, CTA has assisted the City <br />in performing NPDES inspections throughout the year: documenting <br />inspections and meetings; attending audit inspections with the Florida <br />Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) representatives; <br />responding to RFI's; preparing permit criteria related to NPDES <br />compliance and monitoring; providing Best Management Practices <br />(BMP) for City CIP projects; and preparing and updating a City -wide <br />drainage map identifying all drainage facilities with special emphasis on <br />public outfalls. <br />CRAVEN THOMPSON & ASSOCIATES.
