The stormwater
improvements included 30, 010 linear feet of storm sewer, 29,990 linear feet of exfiltration trench.
and 427 new drainage structures. Construction cost for all of the infrastructure improvements for
the neighborhood was over 40 million dollars. Broward County elected to proceed with our
recommendations. Craven Thompson and Associates, Inc. has completed the design for this project.
All phases are now in construction phase with an anticipated construction completion date at the
very end of 2014.
