The scope of services include a <br />feasibility study, marketing and dockage rate <br />analysis, planning. programming, cost <br />estimates. dredging analysis. boundary survey, <br />specifications and construction drawings and <br />Construction Management. in addition to <br />applying for and securing partial funding from <br />Florida Inland Navigation District, Broward <br />Boating Improvement Program and FDEP's <br />Clean Vessel Act grant programs to assist in <br />construction funding. The scope of design and <br />construction includes the following: demolition <br />of existing marina and seawall, dredging, construction of a new seawall, marina <br />and docks, hardscape. landscape and security improvements, renovation of <br />existing lifeguard facilities and a new Dock Master Building that includes <br />laundry, locker, and restroom facilities for tenants of the Marina. The marina <br />will have a completely new layout to maximize space and revenue along with a <br />new fire protection system. new electrical hook -ups, and sewer pump out <br />facilities. Craven Thompson and Associates. Inc. performed a Topographic & <br />Hydrographic survey on the Dania Beach Marina and parking lot for the City of <br />Dania Beach for design purposes. The survey included hydrographic surveying <br />of the Marina area for proposed dredging and bulkhead replacement. We also <br />included a 3D High Definition Survey of the existing bridge over New River <br />Sound, the City can have a clear record of clearances under the bridge. <br />2 1 Page 32 <br />
