Inc. prepared a Topographic Design Survey <br />which included the following described route: the full right -of -way of 7s <br />Street, plus ten (10) feet beyond, from the east right -of -way of CSX railroad, <br />to fifty (50) feet east of the east right -of -way of Douglass Street: the full right - <br />of -way of Tamarind Street. plus ten (10) feet beyond, from the south right -of- <br />way of 6th Street, to the north right -of -way of 8th Street: and this survey will <br />also include fifty (50) feet north and south of the 7m Street right -of -way at the <br />Douglass Street intersection. The approximate total length of this survey was <br />1.500 feet. which includes those portions of the intersecting roadways as <br />noted.
