Florida <br />January 2008 to March 2014 1 Project Landscape Architect <br />Sunrise Bicycle - Pedestrian Greenways & Trails Master Plan I Sunrise. Florida I Landscape Architecture - Project <br />Designer - Craven Thompson is currently involved in the evaluation and design of a trails and greenways master <br />plan for the City of Sunrise. The goal of the Plan is to create a comprehensive. conceptual system illustrating and <br />defining the development and improvement of new and existing sidewalks, bike lanes. paths. greenways, and <br />amenities that when implemented will increase and enhance multi -modal transportation, environmental <br />conservation, recreation. physical fitness opportunities, tourism, education, economic development, a sense of <br />community and well -being throughout the City of Sunrise. The Plan will be used by the City of Sunrise to provide <br />overall guidance for system development and will be used by planning and implementation agencies to identify and <br />prioritize specific projects for future protection, preservation, funding and implementation. Mr. Rothenberger. as <br />project designer will assist in master plan development and drawing coordination and community involvement. <br />Seminole Casino and Coconut Creek PMUDD I Coconut Creek. Florida I Landscape Architect <br />Mr. Rothenberger participated in the master planned expansion of the Seminole Casino in line with the PMUDD for <br />the City of Coconut Creek. Part of design focus was towards environmental art and LEED certification, exploring <br />imaginative means to demonstrate management of water, power, and landscape elements within a powerful visual <br />framework appropriate to a gaming environment. These ideals were implemented in the recent casino expansion <br />and transportation structure. Part of the scope with this project was the design and implementation of a city <br />greenway and plaza connection to tie into the overall PMUDD.
