OH I Landscape Architect - Horseshoe Casino. a brand under Caesars Entertainment. opened up a new casino and event center in Cincinnati in 2012. Landscape and hardscape was designed for the 14 acre site. The casino also includes a large outdoor event lawn that hosts large concerts or events. The outdoors space is a showcase for bridging technology with the landscape through ingrade color changing lights, multi event compatibility. and engineered lawn to sustain thousands of patrons through an event. Mr. Rothenberger participated in the planning, detailed design, and construction documentation for all of the exterior planning. and site landscape and hardscape. He completed his work with this project while working at EDSA. Cincinnati T.I.F. Parks I Cincinnati, OH 1 Landscape Architecture In collaboration with the new Horseshoe Casino and the City of Cincinnati, we worked with both entities to provide a series of street landscape improvements and pocket parks within the TIF district surrounding the property. The Casino is located in one of Cincinnati's TIF districts (Tax increment Financing) that the city has deemed to be an area to assist in renovations through improved public spaces. With its proximity to the River Front renovations and several office and government buildings. this provided valuable improvements to contribute to the city's public spaces and connectivity. The scope included pocket parks and landscape and sidewalk improvements. Mr. Rothenberger participated in the planning. detailed design, and construction documentation for all of the exterior planning, and site landscape and hardscape. He completed his work with this project while working at EDSA. Miami Beachwalk 1 Miami Beach. Florida 1 Landscape Architect Finished in 2009. the segment of the Miami Beach walk that runs from the northern end of the W South Beach to the southern end of Collins Park was completely renovated to tie into the City's new design standards for the Beach walk. Mr. Rothenberger participated in the planning, detailed design, and construction documentation. including coastal planting, hardscape design, turtle lighting, and dune restoration. He complete his work with this project while working at EDSA. W South Beach I Miami Beach, Florida I Landscape Architect Opened in 2009, the W South Beach commands an oceanfront site in the heart of Miami Beach. The site includes a 500 condo hotel units, beachside bungalows, and eclectic oceanfront pool environments heavily oriented towards entertainment. The project involved knowledge of coastal planting and construction methods. Mr. Rothenberger participated in the planning, detailed design, and construction documentation for the outdoor amenity package including pools and gardens, main arrival, prominent urban streetscapes, and rooftop gardens. He complete his work with this project while working at EDSA. Post Card Inn I Islamorada. Florida Keys I Landscape Architect Starwood Hotels renovated and rebranded the land mark hotel site comprised of 5 buildings. a marina, and an Oceanside cafe and tiki lounge. The project involved knowledge of South Florida Coastal planting. Mr. Rothenberger participated in the planning, detailed design, and construction documentation for all of the exterior planning. and site landscape and hardscape. He completed his work with this project while working at EDSA. Artesia I Sunrise. Florida I Landscape Architect - This 101 -acre residential community includes over 1,200 units, a 6.5 -acre central lake, and a large amenity area featuring two pools, tennis courts, and a clubhouse.
