Florida I Grant Specialist Mr. Taylor prepared the grant application package, the supporting calculations. coordinated with FDEP, the Town of Davie. gathered and analyzed the appropriate documentation for the grant package submittal to FDEP. This also included preliminary infrastructure plans and a cost estimate. The project included a 263 acre infrastructure improvement area to reduce nutrient and bacteriological loadings into a nearby area impaired water body. Pre - Disaster Mitigation Grant (PDM) North Andrews Gardens I Oakland Park, Florida I Grant Specialist Mr. Taylor prepared the grant application package, the Benefit Cost Analysis (BCA), the supporting exhibits, obtained the endorsement letter from the Broward County LMS. and prepared a design and construction cost estimate for the project. The project is known as the North Andrews Gardens Project and includes over 10.000 residences, numerous businesses, and three schools. Lake Worth 2020 Master Plan -Year 1 Improvements I Lake Worth. Florida I Project Director Mr. Taylor is the Project Director for the LW 2020 - Year 1 Improvements including Project Numbers: 1. 3. 5. 6 & 8. The improvements are contiguous with the Lake Worth CRA and involve improvements to the right -of -way including roadway improvements, curb & gutter, sidewalk. storm sewer, water main, and pavement marking & signage. Griffin Road Expansion I Broward County. Florida I Project Manager Improvements included milling and resurfacing of two miles of highway and the addition of two lanes of new roadway to create a four lane section. Additional drainage was added along with providing additional water quality and water quantity storage. Mr. Taylor also managed the design of the pavement marking and signage plans for the new roadway section. This involved planning, design, permitting. and construction related services.
