Challenges included coordinating an off -site <br />water main extension through WASD and creating a separate storm water management system for <br />new building and parking lots without impacting existing drainage facilities. <br />Children's Reading Center and Museum, Davie, Florida - Civil Engineer Project Manager / Engineer <br />of Record. Construct new 68,461 SF building designed for a LEED Gold rating. Challenges included <br />maximizing site layout while avoiding wide existing easements. coordinating off -site driveway <br />connections with Town of Davie, and securing variances from the Central Broward Water Control <br />District. <br />Lely High School Ball Fields, Collier County, Florida - project manager responsible for the site design <br />and permitting of a new concession building and the rehabilitation of the existing baseball and <br />softball fields. <br />Collier County North Regional Library, Collier County, Florida - site civil task manager and record <br />engineer responsible for site design, plans preparation, and permitting. <br />Naples High School Site Rehabilitation, Collier County, Florida - project manager responsible for the <br />design and plans preparation for a running track replacement and other track and field <br />improvements. <br />Golden Gate High School, Naples, Florida - Civil Engineer Project Manager / Engineer of Record. <br />Construct new 310,000 SF campus with full athletic field complex. Provided site design and <br />permitting for storm water management, water /sewer, athletic fields and parking lots.
