June 15, 2023 <br />PZ2023-09 <br />yF ' 99� rt 0 <br />C'rr OF SUN PCO <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />STAFF REPORT <br />The Mansions at Acqualina <br />SITE PLAN MODIFICATION & <br />TRANSFER DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS (TDRs) <br />PROJECT SUMMARY <br />Application Number: PZ2023-09 <br />Application Summary: The Applicant has submitted applications for a Site Plan <br />Modification and Transfer Development Rights (TDRs) for the <br />Mansions at Acqualina located at 17749 Collins Avenue. The <br />Site Plan Modification requests to increase the floor area of <br />combined Unit 2401-2402 by 789 square feet, through the <br />City's TDRs program, to enclose a section of the unit's <br />balcony.
