Residential <br />densities with bonuses may not exceed eighty (80) units per <br />acre for apartments. The density may be increased by the <br />utilization of TDRs. <br />Zoning District: Mixed Use - Resort (_MU -R <br />This district provides for multifamily dwellings at a maximum <br />density of 80 dwelling units per acre for condominiums and <br />125 dwelling units for apartment/hotel. Apartments, hotels, <br />motels and apartment -hotels, commercial services and retails <br />goods internal to the buildings and conference facilities are <br />permitted uses. The density may be increased by the <br />utilization of TDRs. <br />History: The Mansions at Acqualina project was approved by City <br />Commission on December 22, 2011 under City Resolution No. <br />11-Z-124 and was later modified and approved on March 15, <br />2012 under City Resolution No. 12-Z-127. The project was <br />approved for a 46 story, 79 -unit condominium building <br />approved for a total FAR of 431,305 square feet.
