APPLICATION SUMMARY <br />Application Number: PZ2023-03 <br />Application Summary: The Applicant, owner of the business East of Collins, <br />proposes to install a new wall sign on the southern facade of <br />the St. Tropez development and directional signage for their <br />ground floor commercial unit with frontage on the canal. <br />Applicant/Owner: <br />II. The amendment to <br />the St. Tropez uniform sign plan will change the location and <br />sign type of signage previously approved.
