Trafficking Victims Protection Act (2 CFR Part 175). Contractor will comply with <br />the requirements of Section 106(g) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) of 2000, as <br />amended (22 U.S.C. 7104) which prohibits Contractor from (1) engaging in severe forms of <br />trafficking in persons during the period of time that resulting contract]is in effect; (2) procuring a <br />commercial sex act during the period of time that resulting Agreement is in effect; or (3) using <br />forced labor in the performance of the Services under this Agreement. This Agreement may be <br />unilaterally terminated immediately by City for Contractor's violating this provision, without <br />penalty. <br />W. Domestic Preference For Procurements (2 CFR � 200.322). As appropriate and to <br />the extent consistent with law, to the greatest extent practicable when using federal funds for the <br />Services provided in this Agreement, shall provide a preference for the purchase, acquisition, or use <br />of goods and products or materials produced in the United States. <br />X. Buy America (Build America, Buy America Act (Public Law 117-58, 29 U.S.C. <br />50101. Executive Order 14005). All iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials <br />used under a federally grant funded project must be produced in the United States. Additional <br />requirements may apply depending on the Federal Granting Agency provisions, please check with <br />City for further details. Contractors shall be required to submit a completed Buy American <br />Certificate with any applicable Notice to Proceed in substantially the following form: <br />1. Buy American Certificate (FAR 52.225-2) Contractor certifies that each end <br />product, except those listed in paragraph 19.26.2 of this provision, is a domestic <br />end product. Contractor shall list as foreign end products in paragraph 19.26.2 <br />those end products manufactured in the United States that do not qualify as <br />domestic end products. The terms "domestic end product," "end product," and <br />"foreign end product" are defined in FAR 52.225-1 entitled "Buy American - <br />Supplies." <br />2. Foreign End Products: Line Item No. Country of Origin <br />3. The Government will evaluate offer in accordance with the policies and <br />procedures of part 25 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. <br />Y.
