As described in Pub. L. 115-232, section 889, covered <br />telecommunications equipment is telecommunications equipment produced by Huawei <br />Technologies Company or ZTE Corporation (or any subsidiary or affiliate of such entities). i. For <br />the purpose of public safety, security of government facilities, physical security surveillance of <br />critical infrastructure, and other national security purposes, video surveillance and <br />telecommunications equipment produced by Hytera Communications Corporation, Hangzhou <br />Hikvision Digital Technology Company, or Dahua Technology Company (or any subsidiary or <br />affiliate of such entities). ii. Telecommunications or video surveillance services provided by such <br />entities or using such equipment. iii. Telecommunications or video surveillance equipment or <br />services produced or provided by an entity that the Secretary of Defense, in consultation with the <br />Director of the National Intelligence or the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, <br />reasonably believes to be an entity owned or controlled by, or otherwise, connected to the <br />government of a covered foreign country. <br />Z. Enhanced Whistleblower Protections (41 U.S.C.4� 712). An employee of <br />Contractor and/or its subcontractors may not be discharged, demoted, or otherwise discriminated <br />against as a reprisal for disclosing to a person or body described in 42 U.S.C. § 4712(a)(2) <br />information that the employee reasonably believes is evidence of gross mismanagement of a Federal <br />contract or grant, a gross waste of Federal funds, an abuse of authority relating to a Federal contract <br />or grant, a substantial and specific danger to public health or safety, or a violation of law, rule, or <br />regulation related to a Federal contract (including the competition for or negotiation of a contract) <br />or grant. <br />AA. Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA) (2 CFR 20 <br />2 CFR Part 170). In accordance with FFATA, the Contractor shall, upon request, provide City the <br />names and total compensation of the five most highly compensated officers of the entity, if the entity <br />in the preceding fiscal year received 80 percent or more of its annual gross revenues in federal <br />awards, received $25,000,000 or more in annual gross revenues from federal awards, and if the <br />public does not have access to information about the compensation of the senior executives of the <br />entity through periodic reports filed under section 13(a) or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of <br />1934 or section 6104 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. <br />BB. Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System FAPIIS)( The <br />Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act of 2009 (Public Law 110-417 and 2 CFR Part <br />200 Appendix XII)). The Contractor shall update the information in the Federal Awardee <br />Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS) on a semi-annual basis, throughout the life <br />of this Agreement, by posting the required information in the System for Award Management via <br />https://www.sam.gov. <br />Phillips and Jordan, Incorporated Page 24 of 31 <br />
